Strategically negotiation for independency

Discussing religion and politics in the chaotic time Indonesia is always involving many aspects that sometime not only deal with community understanding about the state but also community reflection about their current life and their future. Based on the reading assignment, I found at least three main themes that come to my mind. First is about the most strategic plan used by the founding father to accommodate all of the idea about the new state. Second is about the relationship failure between political groups; nationalist-revolutionist group, religions groups, communism party. Third, the negotiation model practicing by every party based on each purposes and goal. In these three issues there is a big question. What are the most imagined/dreamed states that can persuade all of the parties? As a basic principles, Pancasila often use whether for source of political values or for the basic assumption. Is pancasila also functions as an imagined basic value in order to support the negotiating process to found the ideal formation of this country?
The Indonesian revolution era is the most blur story for Indonesian. In this era many party testify their strategic role to express their purposes and goals. There were groups that based on ideological commitment compete each other. Groups that have a progressive approach tend to use modern ideology such as communism, socialism, and developmentalism /capitalism. These groups have a lot of role in negotiation and give a new sight to the peoples. They provoke people to fight and get independence. The second group, which usually has a strong encounter (positive or negative) with the first group, is military. In the military group there is also can divided on two tendencies which are revolutionists and nationalists. The third group is the group that based on culture. In these groups there is also group that tend to based their struggle on the religion or on the local aristocracy tradition. In these each group there is a hero. And the narration of this competition is not always happened used a force. The revolution era is the era to show which strategy is more useful than the other. Until now it still in struggle to say which strategy is the most applicable.
The role of Indonesia Communist party is one of the stories that often retold with many hatred and prejudice. Even though many scholars have been describe, at least ideologically, that there is no big contradiction between communist group and religious group, the role of PKI is still misunderstood. There is still many people belief that for the beginning communist group is an anti-religion group. This reality always be my big question. Is it about the ideological conflict or about religion and non-religion completion to get society attention? What kind of negotiation was applied when the communist party discredited as the enemy of the state?
In term of the negotiation model, furthermore, there were many reason can use as a basic assumption. So, there is still a big question correlates with some of the common themes that usually publish as the basic reason to establish this nationalist’ country. Anti-colonialism and the vision of founding fathers is the high rank mostly use as a reason to gain independency. Meanwhile, the inter-region contract, the effort to sustain aristocratic system with new styles, and the ethernal spirit of social change are often negligible.
